This role, working for a leading niche-market multinational, will manage security operations across the global business. The position manages a geographically spread team of SME’s across a broad range of security issues including physical security, data protection, incident management, fraud prevention, business continuity and information security. You will provide effective training for new hires in the department and promote security and compliance across the organisation, supporting colleagues to develop and maintain a high level of security culture in their sites. You will ideally be educated to degree level and have excellent organizational, communicational and analytical skills; information security certifications would be advantageous. Candidates should have experience implementing and maintaining security management standards and best practices, along with a good understanding of security incident management, GDPR and fraud prevention. Candidates require fluent in English, additional languages are plus. Significant international travel is likely.
