He is from a SVP Tier 1 Banking background ad is creating a high profile global team which directly reports to the Chief Auditor and CEO of the organisation. This is a reflection of the firm's leadership strategy to have the most cutting edge Technology Risk functions to meet the complex Regulatory/Digital/Cyber needs of a global player in this industry
He is looking for an IT Audit Senior Manager and Manager to join a team of 3 that is going to grow to 10 in the next 18 months!
The IT Audit Senior Manager would operate as a Deputy Head of IT Audit who would oversee the growth and strategy of the function. You will ideally have an FS background either from industry or from a Top 20 Practice leading either Internal/External IT Audit engagements in the FS industry. There would be scope to become the Head of IT Audit in the next 2/3 years as the current Head moves into executive leadership roles in the business as well as similar level moves into the Digitial/1st LOD and Cyber space.
The IT Audit Manager would have a similar background and also have the chance to move up the function as it grows. They will work with the Board from Day 1 on CEO led initiatives to meet the complex demands of this industry across the areas outlined above. Again it would be highly desirable if the candidate was from FS or a FS Practice background at AM/AVP/VP level looking to explore roles in this exciting space.
