Job Description

Would you like to lead a team of skilled IT auditors while having a great work-life balance, and the opportunity to travel, both domestically and internationally? (20%) Our client's internal audit team is growing and is looking for an IT Audit Manager. The Internal Information Technology (IT) Audit Manager reports to the Senior Manager, IT Audit and is responsible for the planning and quality of audit engagements, including but not limited to IT Audits (both SOX and Operational), management consulting and special projects and IA department projects. 

Do you enjoy developing people? The IT Audit Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a team consisting of senior auditors and staff auditors. In addition, the IT Audit Manager will assist with the implementation of the overall strategy of the IA department. This position provides visibility to the global information systems organization, with regular interaction with personnel from various disciplines/functional areas and exposure to IS, division and corporate leadership.. Therefore many of the IA department have gone on to successful careers throughout the organisation.

The successful candidate must be qualified, CISA or relevant professional certification (CIA, CISSP, CISM, etc) and have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. With seven plus years of accounting, audit, or relevant industry experience.

This is a varied position within a highly successful organisation. You will gain vast exposure across the organisation and input to the strategic direction of the internal audit function.

Travel for the role is to 20%, with the option for occasional international travel.
