Job Description

I am working directly with the UK Leadership in the Tech Risk Advisory function of a Big 4 in a Direct Entry Equity Partner role in a Big 4. They are rapidly growing their FS IT Audit & Advisory business on the back of huge demand for their advanced methodology, quality of service from CISO/COO/Chief Auditor level in Tier 1 and 2 FS Institutions across the City and Globe.

The Leadership team is not top heavy due to a couple of prominent Equity Partners leaving the UK due to going back home for personal reasons so there is an intention for Equity Partners to be fast tracked to a number of UK Managing Partner roles across Technology Risk.

You will be at least an experienced IT Audit Director in a Top 10 Firm with a good foundation in leading External IT Audit engagements with FS clients (any sector or size) or at Executive Director level in Financial Services with a background in External IT Audit from a Top 10 Firm and currently in a major Technology Risk role.

There is great work life balance including working a day from home a week, and much more a focus on delivery rather than sales/targets given the amount of work at the firm, as well as the ethos of success at the firm based on feedback from the client at the highest levels.

You will manage multimillion pound global engagements across IT Audit (Internal/External), IT Risk & Regulation, Cyber Security, CIO Advisory and many other areas. The projects could involve up to 150 individuals across these areas and you will be a leader and a figurehead in this crucial area of growth.

This is a significant mandate and is led by Rajesh who has hired in Technology Risk at GW Risk for 15 years - any enquiries are in the strictest of confidence.

My client is happy to arrange an informal coffee with individuals who meet the profile (even if they are not actively looking). This is envisaged to happen with a Managing Partner either this or next week.
