German Speaking Senior IT auditor

Our client is an international financial services organization involved us to search for a high caliber German Speaking Senior IT auditor for their Corporate Audit division.

Main Duties and responsibilities

  • Planning and carrying out audits for all companies of the Group in Switzerland and abroad (travel is approx 10%)
  •  Consultation with the line organization for audit-specific questions
  • Coordination and cooperation with the external auditors, e.g. As part of the preparation of SOC / ISAE reports

Education and skills required

  • University degree in   Computer Science (University / Fachhochschule) as well as further education in Banking and / or Audit
  • Professional certification in IT audit or security (e.g., CISA  is an advantage
  • 5-8 years  of practical experience in computer science and audit , preferably in the internal audit or  External audit  or in another field of application such as IT Security, IT Management, Project Management, IT Compliance, Risk Management
  • Several years of professional experience in the financial sector as well as international experience
  • Experience with assessment of the risks and the internal control system with regard to cloud solutions, outsourcing, Fintech, DevOps, or agile SW development approaches
  • Great interest and ability to understand the computer-assisted banking business in a well-founded way and to convey information in a comprehensible manner
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (oral and written), other foreign languages ​​are an advantage
  • Motivation and expertise to familiarize themselves with new areas of research, to analyze them in depth and to work out solutions in cooperation with our stakeholders
  • Healthy curiosity and skepticism, team-capable, integrity and flexibility
  • High level of commitment
